Where is the festival located?
We will be at our old location at 8300 Monroe Road, Charlotte, NC 28212 (intersection of Monroe Road and McAlpine Station).
Once you turn onto McAlpine Station into the office park, follow the signs straight until you reach the end. Continue to follow the signs to the Festival and turn LEFT onto McAlpine Park Drive. Follow McAlpine Park Drive until you get to the Charlotte Secondary School parking lot (8601 Mcalpine Park Dr, Charlotte, NC 28211).

Will all future shows be at this location?
No, the Spring Pottery Festival location will be at Camp North End.
Is there parking?
There is lots of free parking. We will have signage directing you to the parking area.
Is this event ADA accessible?
Yes
Can I bring a stroller?
This is a stroller friendly event as it is located on pavement in a parking lot.

What forms of payments will be accepted?
Each vendor will decide which forms of payment s/he accepts. Most vendors take cash, check or credit card. Many will even accept Venmo, Zelle or Paypal but it does depend on the vendor.

How can I get a chance to win the free Gift Card?
​Fill out a survey at the festival! Look for the QR code at the tents or the information booth. Winner will be announced at 1pm at information booth.

Can I volunteer?
Absolutely! We would really appreciate your help! Here's what we need:

Information Booth Sitters needed for 1.5-hour shifts at the information booth.

Help with load in/load out logistics (directing potter traffic at the loading area)

How can I sign up to be a vendor?
Vendor registration is closed!
To be eligible for the fall festival, participants must be a member of the Carolina Clay Matters Guild, and members must attend at least two meetings.
