Booth Guidelines. Follow this link and read through the guidelines for setting up your booth. Please pay attention to things that are NOT allowed, to ensure you do not have any of these offenders on your booth set up. Remember, we are INSIDE for this festival, and we must abide by the Fire Marshall Rules.

Using Square for OFFLINE sales. If you use square to process card payments, this is a helpful guide to understand how to set up/utilize the offline function (in case you find internet is not being your friend). Thanks to Brett Beasley for putting this together.

As previously stated, this year we will be doing load in a little bit differently than last year. You will have ONE assigned time slot of 20 minutes, that you will be able to choose; to unload your items to the curbside and then MOVE your car, prior to taking your items inside to begin booth set up. I will be sending a sign up genius on Wednesday April 23rd at 9AM. There will be 4 available slots per time 20 minute interval and they will be filled up on a first come first serve manner. Please be on the lookout for this email. I ask that you PLEASE read the entirety of the email PRIOR to selecting your slot to ensure you understand our process and request.

We will have a Zoom Orientation meeting on 5/1 at 6pm. Email with zoom link will be sent out a few days prior to the meeting.

Registration dates:

VIP registration opens on February 15th and ends February 21st at 5PM

Regular registration opens February 22nd a/t 9AM.

IMPORTANT: Registration Eligibility and Meeting Attendance Requirements:
Please remember, YOU MUST HAVE ATTENDED 2 MEETINGS, between and including April 20, 2024 and March 16, 2025 to be eligible to participate in the Spring Festival.
It is your responsibility to confirm you have a ZERO or a ONE next to your name on this attendance log. ZERO means you have qualified. ONE means you still have one meeting that you must attend in order to be accepted into the show. Registration for this show is before the March 16th meeting so if you have a ONE next to your name you must attend the March meeting and sign the attendance sheet. You may register for the show before attending this meeting. Should you not attend this meeting, your spot in the festival will be rescinded to someone on the waitlist.

Per a policy change made in 2023 New Members must volunteer in the show immediately following their registration date before they can participate in the next pottery festival. Due to the abundance of space available for the 2025 Spring Pottery Festival this policy will be waived for this show.
