Booth Guidelines. Follow this link and read through the guidelines for setting up your booth. Please pay attention to things that are NOT allowed, to ensure you do not have any of these offenders on your booth set up.

Using Square for OFFLINE sales. If you use square to process card payments, this is a helpful guide to understand how to set up/utilize the offline function (in case you find internet is not being your friend). Thanks to Brett Beasley for putting this together.

As previously stated, this year we will be doing load in a little bit differently than last year. You will have ONE assigned time slot of 20 minutes, that you will be able to choose; to unload your items to the curbside and then MOVE your car, prior to taking your items inside to begin booth set up.

We will have a Zoom Orientation meeting. Email with zoom link will be sent out a few days prior to the meeting.

​​IMPORTANT: Registration Eligibility and Meeting Attendance Requirements:

Please remember, YOU MUST HAVE ATTENDED 3 MEETINGS, between and including April 13, 2025 and March 22, 2026 to be eligible to participate in the Spring Festival.

It is your responsibility to confirm you have a ZERO next to your name on this attendance log. ZERO means you have qualified. ONE, TWO or THREE means you still have one to three meetings that you must attend in order to be accepted into the show.

If you are a new member in 2026 you must attend Jan, Feb and March 2026 meeting to participate in the May Pottery Festival. This will also qualify you to participate in the October 2026 ​
