Booth Guidelines. Follow this link and read through the guidelines for setting up your booth. Please pay attention to things that are NOT allowed, to ensure you do not have any of these offenders on your booth set up.

Using Square for OFFLINE sales. If you use square to process card payments, this is a helpful guide to understand how to set up/utilize the offline function (in case you find internet is not being your friend). Thanks to Brett Beasley for putting this together.

As previously stated, this year we will be doing load in a little bit differently than last year. You will have ONE assigned time slot of 20 minutes, that you will be able to choose; to unload your items to the curbside and then MOVE your car, prior to taking your items inside to begin booth set up.

We will have a Zoom Orientation meeting. Email with zoom link will be sent out a few days prior to the meeting.

IMPORTANT: Registration Eligibility and Meeting Attendance Requirements:

Please remember, YOU MUST HAVE ATTENDED 3 MEETINGS, between and including September 21, 2025 and August 9th, 2026 to be eligible to participate in the Fall Festival. Of the 3 meeting 2 MUST be a general meeting where business is conducted and the 3rd can be a general meeting, workshop or party.
It is your responsibility to confirm that you have the correct number of meetings next to your name on the attendance log. The attendance sheet clearly says what meetings you need in order to qualify to participate in the festival. If you hold a VIP position one to three meetings may be waived depending on your position. You would refer to your VIP status first to find out how many meetings you need to attend.
